Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please email us at detroitizm313@gmail.com, or call (313) 603-8304, within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

To complete your return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • You will be provided with a return shipping label.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll offer you a full refund or a replacement—your choice. As an apology for the inconvenience, we’ll also include a free gift with your refund or replacement.
